Shaolin Kenpo is an art based on the principles of knowledge, foundation, speed, power and accuracy. It develops focus, balance, mental discipline and practical self-defense through exercises, partner work and forms.  

The forms taught in Shaolin Kenpo are referred to as “dances” and are designed to teach the application of techniques, as well as to practice foundation, speed and balance. The dances are practical and flowing forms that provide a self-regulated cardiovascular workout, develop whole body strength and flexibility, and enhance mental concentration.
