The Wellness Club offers two levels of membership:
Fitness Foundations
This membership is fitting for folks who are seeking to launch a new weight-management lifestyle but need to be gentle with their body in the beginning. Members attend class on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 p.m. with Sifu Robyn Lingen, where the practice of Shaolin Kenpo will focus on those techniques that promote calorie-burning strength and increased energy, while focusing on proper foundation and safety.

You will be expected to practice weekly homework as this class will steadily progress in intensity.
This class is ideally suited for those who are beginning a weight loss journey, recovering from an injury or illness or simply want to enter the practice of a martial art for the first time. You will have complete access to the online portion of the club, including recipes, menu plans, exercise lessons and personal email weight-loss support. Cost $95 is per month.
Foundations Plus
This level of Wellness Club membership is perfect for those who are motivated to shed pounds and build strength quickly and effectively. In addition to the Tuesday evening Fitness Foundations class, members cross train with Shoalin Kenpo and the high energy "I Love Kickboxing" program at Running Tiger Academy.
