Running Tiger caters to the needs of women. From self-defense to meditation, Shaolin Kenpo offers a martial arts study that particularly well-suited to the way women think, and the way women move. If you've always wanted to try a martial art, but have felt intimidated, we think you'll find Running Tiger a breath of fresh air. Our classes are rigorous, fun and relaxed all at the same time. The Running Tiger patch represents our school as well as our lineage. In 2003, Great Grandmaster Castro formally awarded David Meyer the dance, Running Tiger. The fist, characterized as mountains, is Great Grandmaster’s logo and also represents his dance, Mountain Meets River. The lightening bolt represents Great Great Grandmaster, William Kwai Sun “Thunderbolt” Chow and the eagle represents Sibok Joseph Chacon, Eagle Talon.
